I'm a full stack software developer living in Raleigh, NC.
I have a masters degree in computer science from North Carolina State University where I studied under Dr. Laurie Williams. My thesis was on application security of electronic medical record systems. The paper comprising the majority of my thesis work was presented in 2011 at the International Symposium on Empirical Software Engineering and Measurement, where it was selected as a "Top 5" paper at the conference.
Outside of software, I am very much interested in the history of Europe, especially the Second World War. I also enjoy traveling with my wife and we have been to many of the great cities of Europe.
I'm a big soccer fan try and go to as many soccer games as possible (especially when visiting Europe).
I've been learning to play the violin since 2012.
I am an Eagle Scout.
